Good Morning! Today is A Day For Daisies challenge day! For this one we were to make a card using our favorite recipe. Being that mine is Christmas Rum Cake, I had to make a Christmas Easel card with the killer recipe inside.

RUM CAKE
1 box Yellow Butter Cake Mix
1 pkg. French Vanilla Instant Pudding mix (dry)
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Rum
4 Eggs
1/2-1 cup chopped Pecans and Coconut
Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray. Cover bottom of pan with nuts and coconut. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour over nut mixture. Bake at 350* for 35-40 mins.
Leave cake in pan to cool x 1 hr. after baking.
Bring to 1 stick Butter
Boil: 1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup Rum. While cake is cooling for 1 hr. in pan, gradually pour rum mixture over cake. After 1 hr. turn cake out onto plate. ENJOY!
I just love that image and you did a fabulous job colouring it. I love your colour scheme too. Rum cake sounds delicious!
